If there is so much Turkish Cargo.. Why wouldn't the province start a cargo-airline from here instead of a small pax airline?

Why should you start an cargo airline against one of your best customers? That's sounds not very logical to me. If you'll grow with your company, you must generate new or additional activities!

Nah.. I thought Turkish and another airline were trying to start a 5th freedom route via MST and KLM/Martinair is blocking it..
Thought these blocks were to protect our own country trade-rights. So there is a market for these routes and KLM/MA
aren't flying them. Not to compete

Okay .... I didn't knew that. Is it realy possible that they can block such a flights without getting problems with the EU about the free market rules?

As I said, I don't know it but for me it sound strange that the KLM now that there is a market, blocks this and further don't do anything with this opportunity. That wouldn't be very clever in my opinion. :?

5th freedom flights are negotiated between states and not by airlines
